Job Description:

Top Notch Corporate Recruiter needed for long term assignment in Downtown Los Angeles.

Qualifications:

At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience recruiting for engineering positions, preferably mechanical and chemical. Ability to manage priorities, remained client focused and work well with colleagues. Strong business acumen. Good oral and written communications skills. Experience working in a large company (2,000+ employees) as an internal HR/recruitment professional preferred. College degree from a four-year university preferred.

Responsibilities:

Will provide technical recruitment for diverse technical positions to include safety sensitive for Engineering Dept. Review resumes/applications to determine if job seekers meet minimum qualifications. Create job requisitions. Ensure 100% accuracy on all job requisitions. Identify creative recruitment strategies to help build pool of diverse qualified candidates. Perform internet searches to find qualified passive candidates. Facilitate pre-employment testing with qualified job seekers. Generate post job offer background checks and facilitate drug testing.
