A company is looking for a Venture Leader, Technical to lead
technical strategy and product development in a fast-growing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Venture Leader to execute the venture's technical
needs and strategy
Lead technical team, manage product development processes, and
oversee software engineering and data science efforts
Own product roadmap management and align development with customer
needs and market feedback
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in SaaS and startup
environments
Experience leading technical teams in early-stage SaaS startups,
driving growth to $1M+ ARR
Proficiency in building technical strategies using Python or
Node.js
Experience developing AI/ML-powered solutions with a solid
engineering foundation
Proven ability to align technical strategy with business goals and
navigate emerging tech trends
