Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of financial statements by gathering and
analyzing financial data
Conduct detailed reviews and reconciliations of financial records
to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in the optimization of in-house accounting software and
support month-end and year-end close activities
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or
related roles
Solid accounting foundation with experience in month-end close and
compliance
Strong digital proficiency, particularly with advanced AI tools and
analytics platforms
Proven adaptability in ambiguous and evolving environments
Formal accounting training or experience in crypto accounting is a
plus
