Experience managing workflows and portfolios/engagements preferred. What You'll Do Own a portfolio of 100-250 client projects (tax, audit, advisory) Drive off-season progress to reduce busy-season stress Monitor project status, resolve bottlenecks, and balance workloads Lead pipeline review meetings and improve processes/templates Serve as client point of contact for status updates and document requests What You Need 5 years of project/workflow management in a CPA or professional services firm Strong knowledge of tax and accounting workflows Proven success reducing busy-season workload through early planning Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills Data-driven mindset with dashboard experience What's In It for You $90,000 - $130,000 bonus Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with match Generous PTO and paid holidays Collaborative, professional environment - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
