Job Description:

Prestigious Property Management company is seeking for a full time Administrative Assistant. Company provides benefits, 401k, child care and/or education reimbursement. Immediate start.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Manage incoming calls and department emails

*Maintain tenant contracts and records

*Assist with typing contracts

*Order and track office supplies

*Handle UPS and FedEx package mailings

*Perform data entry into Quickbooks

*Oversee all Accounts Receivables collections via phone calls and correspondence

REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to balance work, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization

-Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft office (functions in Excel with pivot tables and v-look ups)

-Intermediate Quickbooks experience

-Strong problem solving skills

-Superior interpersonal skills
