This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Activity-Based Bonus Components: Dispatch daily rate: $25 per day Route mileage rate: $0.38 - $0.44 Unload pay: $0.36 - $0.42 per unit Multi-family site unload pay: $0.51 - $0.64 per unit Stop pay: $7.12 - $8.75 Delivery service time: $0.31 - $0.38 per minute Cross-docking: $20 per hour Right-seat driving: $20 per hour New hire training: $20 per hour Safety training: $20 per hour Holiday pay: $140 per day Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
