Services Specialist/Dispatcherwill be the daily lifeline for
Mechanics Banks 200 CA locations. We need a portal-savvy,
geographically sharp coordinator to own end-to-end service delivery
from emergency triage to photo close-outs. Job Title Key
Responsibilities: Fieldall client requests(portal/phone/email)
Dispatch techs nationwide with SLA precision Keepportal updated
daily ETAs, photos, notes Build quotes/POs under $25K Backup

Qualifications: 2 yearscustomer service and
dispatch(retail/facilities preferred) Portal experience(Service
Channel, Corrigo, etc.) Geographically knowledgeable 45 WPM Works
