Job Description Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid to fill an opening with a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare management company near Monterey Park, CA. Daily Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid: Supervise, coach, and mentor Risk Adjustment Coding Specialists to ensure high-quality, compliant coding practices Deliver education and training on Risk Adjustment and documentation improvement, both individually and in group settings Support provider outreach and education efforts to advance documentation practices aligned with risk adjustment goals Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Required Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid: High School Diploma Certified Coding Specialist (CCS or CCS-P) OR Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Minimum of 4–5 years of medical coding experience, including Risk Adjustment and HCC coding Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) Benefits For The Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid Medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous Paid time off package 401(k) match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Pay Details: $80K - $95K – this is dependent on experience If you are interested in applying to this position, please click Apply Now for immediate consideration.
