About the team The Builders TPM team orchestrates complex programs across Ring's security ecosystem, transforming product visions into market-ready solutions that protect millions of homes worldwide. We bridge breakthrough ideas to reality by managing multi-team programs spanning hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure from ideation through deployment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
