Job Description:
A company is looking for a Land Acquisition Manager -
Supplemental Land.
Key Responsibilities
Lead land acquisition efforts for utility-scale projects
Negotiate land agreements with corporate landowners and manage
property research
Collaborate with project development teams to ensure compliance
with land ownership principles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as business
administration or Energy Management
8+ years of land acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in
utility-scale site acquisition preferred
Experience in the energy industry, particularly in renewables
Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with real estate contract
terms
Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with CRM and
tracking software
