A company is looking for a Director of Care Management.
Key Responsibilities
Directs and evaluates departmental operations to achieve
performance and quality objectives
Oversees the care management team on performance, improvement, and
talent management
Develops care management strategies and policies to ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including
management experience
Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
Previous Managed Care (Medicare) experience highly preferred
Previous Director level experience preferred
