Inspire and mentor a team of designers, ensuring successful
execution of product features
Required Qualifications
10 years of leadership experience with direct reports
10 years of collaborative experience with product, engineering,
design, and user research teams
Experience with AI-driven technologies
Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools like Jira
and Confluence
Proven experience in team development, recruiting, and
organizational building
