Key Responsibilities
Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while
addressing employee-related issues
Manage multiple tasks while monitoring team attendance and
absence
Motivate and support the team in utilizing the proper tools and
systems for daily tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of call center or equivalent work experience in a
BPO
Background in statistical analysis
Experience in promoting a performance-driven culture
Ability to understand, interpret, and manipulate data for
reporting
Experience in mentoring and inspiring team members
