A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines while
coordinating with carriers for medication coverage
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of recent call center experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
