This 26---week contract involves alternating weekly schedules of 36 and 48 hours, from 7 pm to 7 am, with flexibility to float as needed. **Responsibilities:**--- Deliver exceptional care in a fast---paced ER.
  --- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6.
  --- Adapt to floating requirements.
  --- Handle high---acuity trauma cases. **Requirements:**--- Active CA RN License.
  --- 3+ years ER experience.
  --- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
  --- COVID---19 vaccination and booster required.
  --- Travel experience preferred. **Details:**--- No on---call duties.
  --- Limited RTO (5 days max).
  --- Scrub color: Royal/Navy Blue.
