Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated RN Psych Behavioral Health to
join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional
mental health care in the comfort of patients' homes. Our ideal
candidate will possess a deep understanding of psychiatric nursing
practices along with an unwavering commitment to improving patient
health and well-being. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
identify health needs and psychiatric conditions. Develop and
implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and monitor patient
reactions and progress. Educate patients and their families on
mental health conditions and maintenance strategies. Continuously
evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust strategies as
necessary. Maintain detailed records of patient's treatment plans
and progress. Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of
psychiatric disorders and treatment techniques Ability to work
collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Compassion and sensitivity to the needs of
patients with mental health conditions Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
employment Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing
(RN-BC) preferred
