sessions across our Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga clinics. Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Hourly Rate: $29.00 to $37.00/hour (based on pediatric
experience) Paid at same rate for cancellations/no-shows
Performance Bonus Opportunities: Weekly bonuses starting at just
70% productivity, with potential to earn from $2,500 up to $10,000

Responsibilities: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping
children reach their full potential through therapeutic
interventions and activities. Your responsibilities will include,
but are not limited to: Assist in the implementation of
individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed
occupational therapists. Conducting therapeutic exercises and
activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration,
visual perception, and self-care abilities. Providing support to
children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders,
autism spectrum disorders, and other conditions. Collaborating with
the interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists,
speech-language pathologists, and speech-language pathology
assistants to ensure comprehensive care. Documenting patient
progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports for
insurance purposes. Educating parents and caregivers on home
programs and strategies to reinforce therapy goals. Participating
in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities and
programs, including feeding therapy, assistive technology and
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services, and
social skills programs. We partner with several public school
districts, charter schools, and non-public schools, extending our

together. Requirements: Licensed as a Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant in California A passion for working with children
and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively
collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers. Strong
organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple
cases and maintain accurate documentation. Flexibility and
adaptability to meet the diverse needs of pediatric patients.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Previous experience in pediatric occupational therapy or relevant
fieldwork experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome to
apply.
