Job Description St. Mary High Desert Medical Group in Apple Valley, California is seeking a board-certified/board eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist who is passionate about caring for underserved patients in a semi-rural setting. Position Details: Flexible practice models available (Outpatient Only, Inpatient Only, or Traditional) Opportunity to build a brand-new service line for the Hospital Large amount of flexibility and a healthy work-life balance Provide high-quality care to an underserved population Rapidly expanding practice with plenty of growth opportunities Highly qualified colleagues and mentors Strong primary care support and referral base to build practice Excellent location in southern California; affordable living with close proximity to beaches, ski resorts, mountains, and urban amenities of the greater Los Angeles area Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $275,000 and $474,605 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
