Description About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to support our Behavioral Health team in Tustin, CA. This full-time role offers competitive pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, free licensure supervision, and a robust benefits package. - Pay $44-45 As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical experience of therapists, interns, and trainees while managing service quality and compliance. You’ll ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care while providing clinical supervision in alignment with BBS standards. Responsibilities - Provide individual and group clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff and interns - Lead weekly face-to-face supervision and group supervision meetings - Conduct trainings on clinical trends, crisis management, documentation, and interventions - Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance and quality - Collaborate on program development and evidence-based practice implementation - Maintain HIPAA and ethical standards across all client services - Participate in treatment consultations and multidisciplinary meetings - Oversee clinical outcome measures and quality assurance reviews - Provide direct care as needed, including therapy and crisis planning - Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff performance Required Qualifications - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field - California license as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (minimum 2 years post-licensure) - Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance - Experience providing BBS-compliant clinical supervision Preferred Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in behavioral health settings - Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience - Familiarity with trauma-informed care, EHRs, and outcome-based service models Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $44–$45/hour - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus - DailyPay – Access your earnings early - Paid vacation days (increase with tenure) - Separate sick leave (rolls over annually) - Up to 10 paid holidays (varies by region) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Free licensure supervision CEU opportunities - Mileage reimbursement and company cellphone - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Pet insurance - Perks @ Clarvida – Verizon discounts, travel deals & more Work Location Tustin, CA – On-site Children's program Employment Type Full-time How to Apply If you're passionate about clinical leadership and mentoring future therapists, click “Apply Now” to join a supportive team dedicated to community mental health.
