Physical Therapist Location: Northridge, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,128 to $2,322 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist), Rehab, PT City/State: Northridge, California Shift: 8 hr Days, Tues-Sat, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/06/2026 Job Description: Seeking a Physical Therapist to work in the Rehab unit, responsible for providing rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. The therapist will collaborate with a team, including rehab aides and assist in various settings as needed. Responsibilities: Provide rehabilitation therapy to patients in assigned settings, possibly including outpatient, inpatient, and rehab areas. Collaborate with rehabilitation aides and other therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care. Utilize Cerner Powerchart for EMR documentation. Requirements: Valid state licensure for Physical Therapy. At least one year of experience or more in a relevant area. BLS Certification. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
