Job Description:
A company is looking for a Concierge Coordinator to enhance
guest experiences in the short-term rental market.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Concierge services and create personalized itineraries for
guests
Interact with guests through various communication channels to
ensure satisfaction and manage service requests
Support operational teams in maintaining high-level service
consistency and update relevant customer information systems
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of VIP Customer Service and/or Concierge experience
Background in the Luxury Travel industry is preferred
Experience in Sales and Call Center environments is preferred
Positive attitude and passion for the travel industry
Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts
