Years of experience required for each skill: 5+
Nice-to-have skills : 1. Workforce Management Solution Integration w/ SAP ISU DM 2. Install/Remove/Replace Device 3. Management of both Interval and Read Based Data


Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Preferred experience in SAP IS-U Device Management and SAP CIS replacement project, Plan/Analyze phase requirements and process definition experience.

Experience in requirement gathering and fit/gap analysis (RICEFW) for the following processes:
- Manage Technical Master Data
- Manage Device Inventory
- Install, Remove, Replace, Modify Device
- Manage Disconnections/Reconnections
- Manage Service Orders
- Manage Routes & Scheduling
- Load and Validate Meter Reading Data
- Load and Validate Interval Data
- Manage Meter Test
- Manage Outage
