Job Description Product Manager, Salesforce Pay Range: $70/hour
to $78/hour Position Summary Under the direction of senior
Information Services leadership and in partnership with clinical,
operational, and administrative stakeholders, the Product Manager
is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and
ongoing management of digital and analytics solutions. These
solutions may include custom applications, web and mobile
platforms, enterprise systems, and data/analytics products. This
role ensures that digital products support high-quality care
delivery, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and
operational efficiency. The Product Manager oversees the full
product lifecycle to drive strong adoption, platform integrity,
scalability, and measurable business value. The ideal candidate
brings a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise,
with the ability to create and execute a compelling product vision
while navigating ambiguity and complexity. This individual serves
as both an internal and external advocate for analytics and
application product offerings. Key Responsibilities Product
Strategy & Vision Define and maintain product vision and roadmap
aligned with business objectives and user needs. Build new digital
and analytics products while enhancing existing solutions. Identify
industry trends and market challenges to inform innovation and
strategic direction. Serve as product evangelist for analytics and
applications offerings. Product Lifecycle Management Manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog prioritization,
release planning, and quality delivery. Ensure consistency,
integrity, scalability, and enterprise-wide adoption of solutions.
Track KPIs, monitor usage, and drive continuous improvement
initiatives. Translate business requirements into user stories and
functional specifications. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders, department leaders, clinicians, and end
users to gather feedback and understand workflows. Translate
operational workflows into effective system configurations and
builds. Collaborate with PMO to establish priorities, timelines,
benchmarks, and financial models. Communicate effectively across
all organizational levels, including technical and non-technical
audiences. Present to large groups and executive leadership.
Technical & Operational Leadership Lead cross-functional teams
including developers, analysts, engineers, and integration
specialists. Oversee product builds to ensure quality, compliance
with standards, and architectural alignment. Support application
selection processes, including RFP development and vendor
evaluations. Apply Agile and other development methodologies within
the system development lifecycle. Provide mentorship and
professional development guidance to team members. Required
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field
required. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare
environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in Information
Technology, with emphasis on applications and analytics product
development. Experience leading technical and functional teams
through the application development lifecycle. Experience building
analytics and data products. Strong understanding of System
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development
methodologies. Experience with Agile project management practices.
Experience working with users to document workflows and translate
them into system solutions. Experience presenting to large and
diverse audiences. Technical & Functional Expertise Define product
vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions aligned to
business and user needs. Manage product lifecycle including backlog
prioritization and release planning. Ensure platform scalability,
adoption, and optimization of Salesforce capabilities. Translate
requirements into user stories and collaborate closely with
administrators, developers, and architects. Key Competencies
