Job Description:
We are are looking for a CRM Administrator to serve as the
primary support lead and champion the company’s Microsoft Dynamics
365 CRM platform, including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer
Service, Field Service, and Contact Center modules. This role is
responsible for administering, supporting, maintaining, and
optimizing the CRM system across the organization. The CRM
Administrator will partner with internal teams to assess system
requests, document and implement standard processes, manage
integrations with other business systems, deliver user training,
and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Duties /
Responsibilities Manage, maintain and support CRM configuration,
settings, security roles, and user access. Manage, maintain and
support integration with ERP, CPQ, and marketing platforms. Create,
update, and customize fields, objects, workflows, and automation
rules. Ensure data accuracy through regular cleaning, validation,
and deduplication. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and
analytics for teams and leaders. Provide user support,
troubleshooting, and training for CRM users. Monitor system
performance and coordinate upgrades or new feature releases.
Implement and enforce CRM best practices, policies, and governance.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to
improve processes. Manage CRM documentation, user guides, and
process workflows. Ensure compliance with data protection
regulations and company security standards. Test new features,
updates, and customizations before deployment. Act as the liaison
between business users, IT, and vendors. Requirements Required :
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM experience. Minimum of 3 years
of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
CRM. Demonstrated proficiency in: a) Developing, creating, and
customizing CRM forms and entities; b) Understanding and
implementing business workflows and processes; c) Integration with
business tools and systems. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability
to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all
levels. Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol
screening and background check. Preferred : Minimum 5 years of
experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proven experience leading or participating in multiple CRM system
implementations. Hands-on experience designing and supporting CPQ
workflows and related system integrations. Experience utilizing
SmartConnect for data integrations between CRM, ERP, and other
enterprise systems. Key Characteristics for Success Demonstrate

to training and support. Deep understanding of business processes,
with the ability to identify gaps and recommend practical, scalable
solutions. Strong data governance mindset with disciplined

patient, and solutions-oriented, with a strong focus on supporting
business objectives. Physical Conditions / Requirements No unusual
physical requirements. It requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all
work is done in a comfortable indoor facility. Occasional – Routine
deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume
seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some
interruptions are present; involves occasional exposure to demands
and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor. Job
frequently requires sitting and handling objects with hands. Job
occasionally requires standing, walking, bending, reaching,
