Job Description:
Duties: Responsible for application architecture design, implementation,
support and administration of core healthcare systems viz. QNXT AND CCA (Clinical Care Advance); Perform
technical and analytical work to support the functional and technical requirements of various business users and
stakeholders with respect to the core systems; Install and configure different components required for the functioning of
QNXT AND CCA, including 3rd party applications, web services, custom codes, and systems administration tools;
Coordinate with project managers, application developers, system administrators, and database administrators to setup
servers and databases and other related requirements to support the functioning of QNXT AND CCA; Troubleshoot and
provide solutions alternatives to resolve issues related to installation, configuration, batch job failures, and
application processes; Deploy interfaces, custom solutions, and add-ins for the core system. develop and support procedures for
application database access and security; Implement and support application and database software upgrades and
patch/defect management procedures; Conduct system capacity planning, record archival, maintenance and
application performance tuning. leverage knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance
(QA) methodology standards and best practices in an HMO/ managed care health insurance domain. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six years of experience IT Systems/
Programs Administrator managing complex environments in an HMO/Managed Care Health Insurance Domain.
Experience must include installing and configuring Core Healthcare systems viz. QNXT, CCA and integrating with
other 3rd Party applications including Microdyn, Milliman Milliman, and Biztalk to ensure end-to-end functioning of Core
System Environments; Providing Healthcare core systems viz. QNXT and CCA application and environment support to
resolve issues related to installation, configuration, batch job failures, applications process and
other issues to ensure the environment is working as desired; Maintaining Core System backup, recovery procedures and
disaster recovery environments using Microsoft Windows Server 2010/2012, Microsoft SQL Server 2010/2012/2016,
and Microsoft Visual Studio/TFS and other industry tools; Leveraging expert knowledge of US Healthcare
Domain viz. Member, Provider, Health Plan, Benefits, Eligibility, Claims Processing, and EDI Transactions to
troubleshoot and resolve functional core application issues and also help in integrating the core application with other 3rd
