Job DescriptionImmediate need for an import coordinator seeking a career working for a well known customs brokerage firm. Looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience as an import coordinator, but will also consider someone with a Bachelor's Degree looking to get into the import/export industry. Company loves to promote from within. Lot's of opportunity for growth. This position will be responsible for the following to Prepare Importer Security Filings, documentation for Customs clearance entries & maintain Customs import data spreadsheet. Review customs brokers• entry and billing. Maintain manufacturing plant data and invoicing data & coding. Maintain accounts payable and month end closing data. Assist with filing claims for Customs drawback entries and protest programs Maintain internal procedures for regulatory compliance Lots of room for growth. Great benefits.
