we'd love to talk to you! Primary Responsibilities The Customer
Care Assistant assist the Inside Sales/Customer Care Center with
functions related to orders and customer service. The Customer Care
Assistant is also responsible for other non-customer interfacing
activities such as mailings and distribution of information to
internal and external customers.HOURS: 1:30pm-10pm Pacific Time
scheduleThis position will be 100% remote serving our West region,
within the above working hours. Essential Functions Responsible for
entry of all manual orders (email, fax) into NTS (KeHE's ERP) and
Customer First applications in order to assist Inside Sales
Specialists in delivering first class customer service.Identify
order totals, promotional items, deleted or out of stock items and
offer substitutionsEntry substitution or promotional findings into
Customer First application to provide maximum sales opportunity /
customer satisfaction to Inside Sales SpecialistHandle necessary
mailings of supplies and information to customers and external
employees.Help with call overflow in emergency situationsMust
maintain good attendance.Maintain safe work practices.Maintain
safeguards of confidential company information.Other duties and
special projects as requested. Minimum Requirements,
Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude High School Diploma or
GED required.Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service or Sales
experience required.Qualifications / Additional Skills /
Aptitude:Strong data entry/10-key skills with high rate of accuracy
and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.Excellent customer
service, grammar, verbal and writing skills.Resourceful,
results-oriented, and well organized.Excellent telephone
skills.High energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted
tasks and projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities with
minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to get
along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible with both
internal and external customers.Establish and build business
relationships and credibility.Be decisive and able to recognize and
support the organization's preferences and priorities.Functions
