We are looking for a Real Estate Loan Originator to join our commercial real estate team in Monterey Park, CA. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about commercial lending and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing financial data, have a clear understanding of the various types of commercial loans, and have the ability to negotiate and close deals. Our Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator must have the ability to follow up and close deals whileCompensation:$150,000 at plan earningsResponsibilities:Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loansConduct site visits and evaluate properties and locationsMeet with loan applicants and access their financial needsDetermine appropriate loan structure and pricingAnalyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknessesCoordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing, as neededEstablish relationships with loan brokersAssist in the collection of accountsQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 1 year of commercial lending experienceStrong credit analysis and accounting backgroundAbility to analyze financial informationExcellent communication skillsAbout CompanyGrand Pacific is an established, well-capitalized direct lender to the real estate markets, located in Monterey Park, California.
