Job Description:

This role will play an active part in our daily production and packaging activities--to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance including our third-party--audits (e.g. BRCGS, Organic). The following is a list of activities that will be--expected to be successful in this role:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conducts audits the operational and product inspections for food safety, quality and regulatory complianceReviews and Reconciles inspection records--Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures--Issues raw material and finished product holds--Identifies any non-conforming or issues that require resolutionCommunicates with key third-party vendors (e.g. pest control, chemical, uniform) to ensure compliance within the facilityConduct trainings to warehouse, production and packaging team membersImplements projects assigned by the QA or Production ManagerCompany InformationWe are a young team of 45 people selling Matcha based products to companies such as Trader Joes, Costco among many others.--We will offer :Medical InsuranceVacation DaysSick DaysBreakfast, Lunch Monday through ThursdayFun and Energietic work environment----
