Job Description:
A company is looking for a Family Engagement Navigator to build
relationships with families and promote K-12 education options in
Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness of
school choice options and scholarship opportunities
Engage with community organizations and stakeholders to foster
relationships and participate in events
Organize informational meetings and workshops to educate families
about school choice programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach or family
engagement
Experience in developing and implementing successful outreach
strategies
Strong understanding of the school choice landscape in Texas
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Experience working with underserved communities preferred
