A company is looking for a Head of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting
processes
Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive
decision-making
Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA
a plus)
10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years focused on FP&A
Experience in Healthcare required; Ecommerce or Food
Delivery/Logistics preferred
Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
in high-growth environments
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with FP&A tools
