Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Analytics - Customer
Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire proficiency in data and analytic tools to enhance
capabilities and create new solutions
Lead complex project execution across cross-functional teams in an
Agile environment
Develop AI/ML solutions to improve operational performance and
customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a
related quantitative field with 4+ years of analytics/data science
experience, or 6+ years without a degree
Minimum 2 years of experience leveraging data/analytics to drive
strategy
Hands-on experience in SQL/SAS/Python or similar programming
languages
Proven success in leading complex projects to execution
High proficiency in applying NLP and AI/ML techniques for data
analysis
