Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer (Remote, USA).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive
candidates using various sourcing tools
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to enhance job
openings and tap into employee networks
Research and identify new candidate pools to diversify talent
pipelines and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience sourcing for an in-house recruiting team
Prior experience sourcing Sales Talent or GTM talent is strongly
preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Research-driven and curious about talent markets and trends
Creative and results-oriented approach to sourcing candidates
