Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to translate customer and business needs
into engaging digital experiences
Lead and develop teams through mentoring, coaching, and conflict
resolution
Drive end-to-end product design by creating user flows, wireframes,
and prototypes
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design
Experience designing for cross-channel experiences
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch
and/or Figma
Experience managing a cross-functional team
