A company is looking for a Title Specialist - East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Review abstracts and identify title issues needing resolution
Coordinate with various parties to obtain necessary documentation
for title clearance
Prepare title clearance affidavits and generate final title
policies
Required Qualifications
Experience in title, mortgage underwriting, law/legal, or real
estate
Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business
hours
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
tasks
Proficiency with technology and quick adaptability to new
systems
Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork
