Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard
and support customers in using their product.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding calls and train customers to use the product
effectively
Ensure completion of technical implementation and account set-up
for new customers
Create educational materials and document best practices for
customer success
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage
SaaS startup
Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies such as Slack, Notion,
Hubspot, and/or Salesforce
Accounting/finance experience is preferred; interest in learning
the space is required
Passion for process improvement and increasing operational
efficiencies
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward
manner
