AIR/OCEAN IMPORT/EXPORT COORDINATOR

We are a licensed NVOCC freight forwarder in Los Angeles, specializing in Asia-North America import & export logistics and supply chain solutions.

The air/ocean import/export coordinator is responsible for handling all the air/ocean import/export shipments, including preparing quotes to direct clients and overseas agents, generating documents; communicating with clients/agents to arrange shipments customs clearance and delivery service; issuing invoice to clients, etc.

Salary: 35K-100K/Yr, depending on the job experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 1 year Air and Ocean Export experience is preferred but not required.
  
• Fluent in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
  
• Excellent customer service.
  
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
