Shifts Details:
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Tuesday - Saturday - Off Sunday/Monday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Off Tuesday/Saturday
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Tuesday - Saturday - Off Sunday/Monday
5:00 PM - 2:00 AM - Tuesday - Saturday - Off Sunday/Monday
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Off Thursday/Sunday
Pay Rate - $23.00/hr. - $24.00/hr.
Qualifications - Help desk or technical support experience,
excellent communication and organizational skills, and a technical
aptitude to troubleshoot effectively.
As a Help Desk Analyst, you'll be the first line of support for all
technology-related issues and inquiries. Other responsibilities
include resolving technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other
systems and analyzing and resolving escalated issues,
troubleshooting first-level calls through phone, email, and chat
support, managing and prioritizing work activities with minimal
supervision, following up with vendors, and installing computer
hardware and software.
