Airfreight Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Freight Forwarding experience: more than 02 year (Required)
  
• US work authorization (Required)
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience preferredResponsibility:
  
  • Set up Air export operation process for all kind of cargo, especially for AOG and e-commerce cargo
    
  • Working with airlines or co-loader to get competitive rates for sales team
    
  • Working with local trucking company/ custom broker/ co-loader/warehouse to make sure all the shipment s are handled smoothly
    
  • Co-ordinate with documentation team in other offices to key data in system
    
  • Track, trace and update the status of the shipments on a daily basis and follow up inquiries responsibly
    
  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with customers, vendors, agents and co-workers
    
  • Generate A/R, A/P billing and Report Profit & Loss timely
    
  • Other duties as assigned by DirectorRequirement:
    
    • 03 + years of experience in domestic and international air import/export operations
      
    • Aware of TSA, CTPAT and US Customs regulations
      
    • DG IATA license is preferred
      
    • Good problem-solving skill
      
    • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
      
    • Accurate with numbers and calculationsWage: $60,000 to $80,000/year + Year End Bonus
