Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II- Pega
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and document complex business processes and
requirements
Lead requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder
workshops
Collaborate with Pega Architects and Developers to design and
implement workflow solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support,
Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED
with 6 years of experience in the same fields
3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst focused on Pega
BPM/CRM platforms
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA,
Confluence, and DevOps tools
Understanding of business process modeling (BPMN), data modeling,
APIs, and system integration in Pega
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified System
Architect (PCSA) certification preferred
