A company is looking for a Head of Creative and Production.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary in-house creative team while
sourcing and managing freelance talent
Set and execute the creative vision and tone for the brand in
collaboration with marketing and creative leadership
Oversee end-to-end creative development across various platforms
and maintain brand consistency while driving innovation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in creative content production, with 3-5
years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing creative teams and driving
cross-functional collaboration
Extensive experience in developing and executing content strategies
across multiple platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work,
particularly in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
General knowledge of creative software and tools (Adobe Creative
Suite, Figma, etc.)
