We’re growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today! Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business Qualifications: Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record About Company At South Bay Mazda, we believe in delivering a better car-buying experience built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
