Job Description:

Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you
will be instrumental in providing exceptional insurance and
financial service products to our customers. Your focus will be on
engaging new clients, understanding their needs, and offering
tailored insurance solutions to provide peace of mind and financial
security. This role requires a strategic thinker with an in-depth
knowledge of insurance products and excellent interpersonal skills.
Develop engaging relationships with potential and existing clients
to understand their insurance needs. Provide strategic and tailored
insurance solutions that best fit the needs of clients. Achieve or
exceed targeted sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain
compliance with Farmers Insurance policies and industry
regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional
development to stay current on products and services. Process
insurance proposals and adjust existing policies to meet clients’
changing needs. Collaborate with team members to drive the overall
success of the agency. Strong understanding of insurance products,
including auto, home, and business insurance Proficiency in using
insurance software and CRM systems Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to analyze financial needs and propose
suitable products Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills
Must possess a current insurance producer license Certifications
such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Insurance
Service Representative (CISR) considered a plus
