Your Impact as a BCBA In this role, you will: Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Drive Innovation: Support the development of new programs and strategies Demonstrate Clinical Excellence: Conduct assessments and model strong ABA and DTT practices Support Families: Provide guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care Collaborate: Work closely with our Regional Director and clinical leadership team Billable Hours: 10-15 hours per week minimum If you're passionate about helping individuals thrive and want to grow with a team that cares deeply, you’ll feel right at home here.
